Hello my darling, I was just having a little tidy through some stuff in preparation for the big move next weekend. I found the cutest list that you must have written just before I came back for our first Christmas celebration in Putney. Here it is: - (Flowers) - Internet cafe for spa - Take coins to bank (need to count them) - Food shopping - Tidy up This makes me smile and giggle for many reasons. Firstly why would you put something in brackets at the top of your list? It's like you thought of the flowers first but then put them in brackets as they weren't the main priority...consequently I don't remember receiving any flowers upon my return so either the flowers were for someone else, or they got bumped down the list. I remember, and still have the spa thing that you printed off at the internet cafe, and remember you showing me where you went to print it off (I think it's closed now). That print out led to our first visit to Ragdale Hall, amazing memories!!! i love that you put in brackets that you needed to count the coins, so much detail for a list, surely you'd remember this anyway! Tidy up....that says it all really doesn't it, my boy had been left to his own devices in the flat and had made a mess which needed to be sorted prior to the "missus" coming home. Not that I'm a tidy person whatsoever...maybe you should have put "clean bathroom" that would have impressed me far more. Well I have enjoyed finding this little message from you...it's like a nice little insight into your thoughts at a point in time which i can remember, but obviously i didn't know at the time what you'd been thinking. Remember when you gave me the charm for my bracelet that night and i lost in in the bottom of my jeans? it was quite funny...or stressful depending on how you look at it. Miss you loads sweetheart xxx
